I love Panera and I don't get to have it very often because we don't have this establishment at home (hawaii). Had the caprese sandwich and French onion soup. The brownie was amazing as well.
Stopped here on our way down to Florida, the service was fantastic, the food came out just as we had ordered and the bathroom was spotless . Great stop will definitely recommend it
We visited Panera Bread on New Year's Eve. We were excited to learn that they didn't close as early as some of the other places in the area. Between the 3 of us, we ordered 2 bowls of turkey chili with a side of bread, and a pick 2 with broccoli & cheese soup and Caesar salad with chicken. Everyone also got the green tea, our favorite drink at PB. The staff was awesome. We wanted to sit in the corner and one of them immediately wiped down the area for us. Our food was ready in about 5 minutes. Hot and delicious! At the end, we got two cinnamon rolls and warmed them in their microwave. It had this amazing lemon flavor that we had never experienced in their rolls. The person or team that thought of this is genius! The flow of customer traffic was steady. The ambiance is pretty laid back. PB is great for everyone, especially if you would like to read a book or work on your laptop. Enjoy!
I've been coming at this location since first opening here in Newnan. The food is always good! Once ordered, the food arrives quickly and accurately and the staff has always been accommodating and friendly! It has been recently remodeled and it has always been very clean. The restrooms are always clean and well supplied. Yes, there are too many times they seem to be short staffed and the wait at the register seems to take a bit too long! I've always been a believer that if you have an issue, don't just complain, tell the whole story. The folks here do too many things right to point out one thing wrong and not try to put this all in prospective! I hope to be served here for many years to come! Please consider determining what needs to be done regarding staffing. Seems there are plenty personnel, but the register doesn't seem to be a high priority! We came for lunch on a Saturday and ordered two whole sandwiches and two cups of soup to go. Got our order home and they had shorted us one sandwich. I called and talk to the manager and she was very apologetic and said she would replace the entire order. We went back the next day and they were so sorry and sweet in replacing the order. They even told us to pick some goodies from the bakery and upsized our soups to bowls! I know mistakes happened, but it's the way your right the mistake that matters! They did a great job to make sure this customer was satisfied!
